Lambert first became a known commodity in the music business in 2009 when he appeared on the singing reality series, American Idol. Lambert, the native of Indianapolis, Ind. finished second on the show and has gone on to have a stellar career. He has released two studio albums in his career and became the first openly gay musician to reach the top of the albums charts in the United States with his
2012 release, Trespassing.
Queen originally formed in 1970 in London, England with Freddie Mercury, Brian May, John Deacon and Roger Taylor. For this tour, May and Taylor will hit the road with Lambert and perform together, much like they did previously at the iHeart Radio Music Festival in 2013, American Idol, and during several dates across Europe. Fans of Queen will be excited to hear Lambert perform some of their favorite songs including “Bohemian Rhapsody,” “Another One Bites the Dust,” “Radio Ga Ga,” “The Show Must Go On,” and any other of their chart-topping hits.
When Lambert and Queen take the stage together on this late spring tour, fans will be able to witness a unique show that will leave them with a truly memorable experience.
